Lost materials
Lost or damaged materials are compensated by an amount that covers expenses related to the reacquisition, binding and readying of the material.
It should be noted that due to copyright related issues the library pays an especially high price for DVD and video items. For this reason the compensation amount will be high as well, if one should damage or lose these materials.
Repayment of compensation
In case lost materials have been recovered, the compensation amount will be paid back minus DKK 100 to cover expenses related to reversal. Invoice fees will not be repaid. The library must be informed of your bank account number.
Online payment of fees and bills
If you owe the library money in the form of bills or fines for overdue returned materials, you can pay the account via the library’s homepage. If you wish to do so, please use the link Betal regninger (Pay bills) under your Lånerstatus (Borrower status). You will be directed to a page for secure payment, where you can use your Dankort to pay the account.
